The King's Chess Set is a hand-carved artisan set rooted in Central European woodworking tradition. Each piece is individually turned and carved, sitting on a geometrically inlaid beech and birch board – the board's inlay pattern giving the set a distinctive, architectural quality. Felt-lined bases ensure quiet, stable movement. Built for regular, serious play at the club or at home. This variant features sycamore maple pieces with a 62mm king on a 35mm field – a more compact configuration with the same hand-carved quality. Blue board colour. Specifications: King height 62mm • Pieces: Sycamore maple • Board: Beech, Birch • Square size: 35mm • Colour: Blue
