The Lasker is a handcrafted wooden chess board made from select maple and walnut timber, combining timeless aesthetics with functional design. Each board features carefully matched wood grain and precision-cut squares to create a playing surface that serves both serious players and collectors. The boards are available in six sizes, ranging from 360x360 mm to 540x540 mm, with square sizes from 38 mm to 58 mm, allowing you to choose the dimensions that suit your space and piece size preference.

This chess board offers flexibility in customisation, with the option to add alphanumeric notation around the border or keep a clean, unadorned frame. The 14 mm thickness provides stability during play whilst maintaining an elegant profile. Whether you're setting up a dedicated games room or adding a refined piece to your study, The Lasker works equally well for casual play, serious practice, or display purposes.
