The Gladiator Chess Set is a bold, large-format artisan set with a 150 mm king and linden basswood construction throughout – one of the tallest chessmen in the collection. The Gladiator name reflects the commanding, imposing presence of the pieces at this scale.

At 150 mm, the king becomes a genuinely sculptural object: the detail of every carved feature is fully visible, and the set creates a striking tableau on any table. Linden's pale, consistent tone allows the carved forms to speak without distraction. Board proportions match the pieces' ambition.

A statement set for players who want the maximum visual impact from their chess set.
