The Artisan Wooden Chess Set is a compact, well-crafted set combining sapele chessmen with a matching wooden board – 63 mm king height, 30 mm field. It's a practical size for home play or as an entry point into artisan wooden sets.

Sapele is a warm, mahogany-like timber with a characteristic ribbon-grain pattern that gives these pieces a natural elegance. Each piece is hand-turned and finished to a consistent standard, making this an honest, durable set at an accessible level.

A great gift for players moving from plastic sets to their first quality wooden set.
